The channel initially lacked a structured production pipeline and a consistent publishing rhythm. I set up optimized camera and lighting standards designed to streamline post-production and defined clear technical workflows across formats. Motion design was integrated into the visual identity, and I coordinated editors and motion designers while overseeing the full post-production process, from technical validation to exports and schedule management. This organization enabled the implementation of a twice-weekly release cadence. As a result, the channel now operates with a stable production workflow, tighter team coordination, and a consistent release schedule, allowing the development of more ambitious, higher-production formats currently in progress.
